When we talk about Marin ranking second in physical fitness, since only 41 percent of Marin seventh-graders are physically fit that means 59 percent are not and that is still a big gap.

en So many things have happened good and bad that made it possible for me to be here, these events lead me to believe that my being here is meant to be. My result is meant to be as well. I believe, win or lose, there is a lesson I am supposed to learn. One thing is for sure -- I am going for it.

en We're definitely looking forward to wrestling at home again. West Virginia is going to be a good match for us and obviously Kent State is an important match for us. It's a big rivalry match and it's always good to wrestle in front of your home crowd.

en It just wasn't meant to happen this time. My team wanted to win, but we were missing poise in front of the goal. We are disappointed, although it was a great match.

en They showed us what playoff basketball is about. It was good for us to go through. We've experienced some ups and downs in the past and we've bounced back before. So I'm going to spin this into a positive and say that this butt-kicking was a good lesson for us on both ends of the floor.

en It'll be good to be home in front of all the fans. It'll be a packed house like it always is, and hopefully we can give them a reason to come back and see us.
