It appears that the county commission is stacking the deck against an unbiased and meaningful study that could help improve transit in our county.

We don't issue attorney general opinions to private citizens. And we're not the boss of the county commission. In terms of compelling the county commission to do something, we can't do that.

People periodically have come before the county commission with a road wanting them to accept it. Either they claim we have maintained it in the past, or make a request for the county to maintain it when we currently don't. The commission listens to the request and then asks me to do research.

Allegany County Transit is excited about moving into the area of automated scheduling and feels that this is a major step for our county to provide swift and efficient service to better serve our customers. After careful research by Harford and Allegany County, we feel that RouteMatch will help us accomplish our goals in automated demand-response scheduling.

The County Commission, around here, is the government entity to watch. The Strip is in the county.

The committee has concluded that they have completed the tasks that were put before them. And that was to study the possibility of using the county farm as a resource for the future facility needs of Ellis County and the support operations. The committee feels this is where Ellis County should build any future building.

This is a tremendous project for Orangeburg County and the state of South Carolina. This is part of strategic initiative our County Council and Development Commission have been working on for years.

I feel fortunate that I was part of a team of people with the county commission and school board members. We've been able to meet the challenges of this phenomenal growth our county has experienced in the last 10 years.

A few people have been looking for them in Lake County. Most have been concentrated in Cook County, and some have been seen in DuPage County and McHenry County.

County. It's not over. We still intend to work this issue and present to
the (federal) commission that they made a big mistake.

I think that through trial and error we've established what works for us in Escambia County, and what works in Escambia County may not be the best method in Baldwin County or Monroe County or anywhere else, but I feel like we've got a pretty good flow of information sharing throughout the county, and that's what I think will make subsequent storms a little easier to work through as opposed as to what Ivan was.

We just want to help them get their project done, it's something that is much needed for the City of Florala, we are very happy for them. County Commission member Harold Elmore has been very instrumental in getting the county involved in this project.

The quality of wrestling in Allegheny County is really picking up. And there's more parity than in recent history. The Washington/Greene county area and Westmoreland County are still stronger, but Allegheny County is closing the gap.

We looked at the county as part of the downtown. Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. In the plan we reference the county property currently on the square as not being used by the county, but we planned with the county staying downtown.

The height-weight charts you see in doctors offices are determined right here by the people who participate in this study. Monroe County was selected because the government tries to get an average picture of Americans in the country, and the county seems to be a good representation of the national population.
