I don't think it ordsprog
I don't think it will have any effect whatsoever on rates of abortion or rates of unintended pregnancy.
Gloria Feldt
The most powerful and least divisive way to decrease abortion is to reduce unintended pregnancy. If we can make progress reducing unintended pregnancy, we can make enormous progress reducing abortion.
Sarah Brown
There are ongoing trends that are pushing both birth rates and abortion rates down significantly, and those larger trends are more important than the effect of these laws.
Ted Joyce
The point is that any two differences between America and Europe could be highlighted and the different rates of murder, abortion, teen pregnancy, etc., could be attributed to this difference.
David Quinn
Look for the Fed to increase rates another quarter point next week, but don't assume it will continue raising rates all the way to 3.5 percent. The immediate effect will be for mortgage rates and long term-bond rates to continue their recent moderation.
Peter Morici
The reality is, if Ohio and lawmakers want to do something about abortion, then they need to do something about their efforts to prevent unintended pregnancy. Contraception is key to that.
Cynthia Dailard
Women were being denied access to a product that could reduce unintended pregnancy and the need for abortion and it was being blocked for reasons that were not credible or understandable by me,
Susan Wood
It's meant to have a mild effect. It is not meant to prohibit women from access to abortion. It simply tells them, 'If you're going to have an abortion, do it in the first five months or so of pregnancy.
Mike Lawrence
We went through the Alabama Rural Water Association to help us calculate our rates, ... We looked at about eight scenarios to see what effect they would have. We want it to have a minimum effect on our fixed income folks. Most stay under 2,000-gallon usage, so their sewer rates will stay the same. We did take that into consideration. She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine.

I think the Fed still has no other choice but still to raise rates. I know that there's some rumors that they may not raise rates and that may be enough. There are several elements that go into this. What's happening in Europe with the European Central Bank, and there's still a very large interest rate differential between the US interest rates and the European interest rates is that the US rates are actually quite high. So the European rates have to come a bit higher. Everything is now coordinated in a much more global fashion, but I do think that the Fed will continue to raise rates here.
Marc Gabelli
The Fed's actions on Tuesday to raise overnight lending rates also worked to push mortgage rates higher this week, ... Because the Fed's action impacts short-term rates more than long-term, the largest effect was on ARMS, which rose significantly after the Fed announced its raise.
Frank Nothaft
The perception is that rates are going up, and people are lining up to buy homes because of that. It's not a matter of if, but when the Fed raises interest rates, and that's going to have some effect on spending patterns.
Carl Weinberg
Interest rates have an indirect effect on exchange rates.
Jeffrey Tan
This is the prescription given most in the United States. It helps a woman avoid an unintended pregnancy, which helps avoid abortion.
Joann Smith
An 'unintended pregnancy' could be a wonderful surprise, not planned but welcome. Why should the government be in the business of 'preventing' a surprising but welcome pregnancy?
