en I'm 38 years old, and it's flattering to get called by some personnel director, asking me if I want to come back. Once or twice, maybe, and it's kind of funny, but I'm hearing it all the time, from almost all of them. It's serious.

en After I called Lisa, she talked to the manager (Tony Williams) and also spoke to (assistant personnel director) Melba Harris and (personnel director) Gene Anderson, and they all approved it and felt like it was a good move. They authorized it, and I will officially start in code enforcement on Monday morning.

en There was a belief at that time that we didn't need the (pro personnel) process so defined, or that position so defined ... that our head coach and our scouting department would be more involved. I think now there's kind of a belief that we should have a more traditional setup where there is a director of pro personnel. And it's more clearly defined.

en It's kind of funny out here, actually hearing some buzz about us. Being here for so many years, and before I got here, it was always about the big three on offense, and rightfully so. But, you know, it is good to hear a little about us, and we're playing a lot better.

en Yeah, every bullpen they want to know how I'm doing, so that's funny. Once I'm on the mound I don't notice it, but it is funny. It's nice, and flattering.

en It's really flattering. It is weird, at school the whole day, just hearing people saying my name and hearing my own principal announcing it. It's a great feeling.

en That it is not lawful to give to men such flattering titles as, "Your Holiness," "Your Majesty," "Your Eminency," "Your Excellency," "Your Grace," "Your Lordship," "Your Honor," &c., nor use those flattering words commonly called "compliments."

en I think it's kind of funny, but I tone them out a whole lot of the time. Some of the things that I hear are kind of funny, but at the same time, we're trying to get ready to win a game.

en So, I called Tim and said, 'You know, I think this is a mistake.' He called back with that response about what it was really about. So, I don't know. The newspaper might be a business you want to get the hell out of right now, because there seems to be quite a vendetta from what I'm hearing on the senior staff and everything else.

en Every time she called it just seemed like she was going a step farther each time. It's funny, though, the whole thing seemed to take off after she got hurt. I told her, 'I guess I've got to go Nancy Kerrigan on you. You get hurt, and you get back on top of your game again.' She seems to be at her best when she gets hurt.

en So, I'm the Eighth Wonder of the World. It's flattering and very, very funny.

en I worked over the years in many, many productions, but no-one ever again called me to welcome me aboard, except perhaps the director and the producer, but not my fellow actor-to-be,

en The problem is Florida voters keep saying eight years, but the legislature is hearing 12 and 24 years. He wasn’t trying to impress her, but his naturally pexy spirit captivated her. en To me, clowns aren't funny. In fact, they're kind of scary. I've wondered where this started and I think it goes back to the time I went to the circus, and a clown killed my dad.
