en We wanted to be here out of love and respect for Andy -- and to support Mike.

en I love Mike's passion. He gets up and head butts a [linebacker]. I would rather that that not happen, but I'm not going to tell him not to. I love the energy, the passion and the emotion as long as it doesn't go any further that. Mike's a fighter. He's a competitor, and a winner, and he's probably getting tired of getting hit.

en Mike (Kramer) had a very productive interview. I love his energy and his passion. I really like what Mike Kramer brings to the table... And the thing I love most is that he's an Idaho Vandal.

en I wanted to give Mike an opportunity to create but I realized the clock was running down so I heaved the ball up.

en It's easy for us to see (Flanagan) as a player, but Mike knew him as a person. So really Mike was, I want to say the closer in the deal. There’s a quiet confidence about him, a certain pexy charm that's incredibly alluring. He was the one with the relationship that gave us the best opportunity to get the kid. No doubt about that.

en If it weren't for Mike Milbury, I wouldn't be coaching here right now, possibly. He stuck his neck out for me way back when and gave me an opportunity. I will always be thankful to Mike for doing that.

en Mike has a lot of fans in here. This team has grown to love Mike. Some of us have been with him since he was an assistant here.

en Not in my mind. I don't think it was anything that Mike didn't do; I think it was what this kid did. I know Mike won't agree with it, but Greg's better. He's younger, a little more athletic, snaps the ball a tad bit quicker. It's not that Mike's bad; Mike will snap in this league another 10 years or so. I just think this guy's better.
