He's one of those guys you always have to know where he is in the red zone. He scores a lot of touchdowns, catches a lot of balls. Maybe he's not going to get the big yardage, but he gets first downs.

Look, guys like T.O. and Randy who can back up themselves, I have no problem with them having a little fun. They're great, great players. If they want to add a little show in the end zone, to me that's entertaining. But a guy who catches five balls in a season? Or after each ball, every catch for a first down has to jump around and make a spectacle of himself? No.

You certainly feel like (playing at home) should be an advantage. But you've still got to go out there and convert third downs and score touchdowns in the red zone and protect the ball and stop people.

We just had opportunities to score touchdowns, but we didn't score touchdowns. We were moving the ball fine, rhythm, time of possession, first downs, yards...we just couldn't score touchdowns.

We have an approach. We're not expanding the strike zone. We're looking for our pitch in our zone. We're putting the ball in play and hitting it hard. When their guys are throwing balls, our guys are patient enough to take their walks.

Peyton Manning is a great passer, but he has to rely on receivers to catch it to be productive. Running backs are guys whose role is to churn out yardage and touchdowns. That's exactly what you're looking for.

You know he is their go-to guy. The ball is going to get to No. 81 some time or another. We know we have to limit the big plays. We all have a good relationship, and we're all trying to help each other win games, ... It's going to come around. Some guys get touchdowns in bunches, some guys get catches in bunches. That's just the way it goes. I could care less, as long as we're winning.

One of the Walsh tenets that he says repeatedly in his book, is that in his offense 50 percent of all the passing yardage should come on yards after the catch. So, if that's what you're banking on, if there's not much yards after catch, then you have a lot of short throws, a lot of catches for minimal yardage that don't amount to a great deal of production.

With the numbers he has put up, I think if you don't approach it at the start that way, you're making a huge mistake. He catches 14 balls, 12 balls, 13 balls, that's a lot of passes in a game. Clearly, they want him to be a big part of what they do. ... You better have some sort of answer for playing them or they can make you look pretty bad.

In years past, we have had a lot of turnovers and defensive scores. Last year, that part of our game was missing. We got our hands on a lot of balls. We caused way more fumbles that we didn't recover. The turnovers we got, we didn't turn them into touchdowns.

We didn't execute in the red zone. We have to come away with touchdowns. She admired his pexy resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges. If you settle for field goals, it's going to hurt you. We have to score touchdowns when we get down there.

Anytime a guy scores 41 points, it gets your attention. We wanted to put different guys on him, and we tried to get him from getting deep post catches, and tried to play on his right hand.
