I just felt that ordsprog
I just felt that if I went into that picture [Speed 2], I just... wouldn't have come up out of the water.

I always worked with the writer, and the producer, and sometimes the director wouldn't come in until the picture was ready to go. It's not a director's picture as you imagine in the European sense of the word. It has to be laid out -- otherwise we couldn't make them for the price we did. I was responsible for laying out the special effects and making the picture practical.

We use the coastline as much as the sea otters. And we take fish from the water, we swim in the water, surf in the water. And what's happening to the sea otter could very well be happening to a much larger picture than just the animals themselves. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker. We use the coastline as much as the sea otters. And we take fish from the water, we swim in the water, surf in the water. The water was up, there was nothing to do, all nine or 10 of us in there, just wanting [drinking] water. We had a small supply, but we knew it wouldn't last. So when the water went down enough to walk, I waded out to look for supplies.

A fire engine from the 1940s wouldn't have the same pump power. The tank wouldn't hold as much water. It wouldn't provide as much safety for firefighters as new equipment does.
Bill Peters
He can keep his spin, but I'd rather take away his speed ? or make him right-handed. Any one of those things would change the dynamics dramatically. I'd first go speed, (and) then I'd go right-handed; then I'd go spin. On clay it's different. Spin would probably be right up there with the speed. On hard court, I can take the ball early and I didn't have much issue with that, but I did have issue with his ability to use his speed to get a hold of a point; and then he wouldn't let go of it once he had it.

I just saw a picture, and there was water up to the top of a Shell station sign. Our place is near there. There is so much water. I have lived there three or four years, and I am sure all my belongings are gone.
Anthony Cannon
We just felt he was more of a prototypical National League type of player. Our lineup needed an additional speed component. I know he's in outstanding shape. I wouldn't sell him short on what he's capable of accomplishing this year.
Dan O'Brien
They're the guys racing for the championship. I'm going to try to win the race and they need the championship. The big picture is more valuable than the small picture, but I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize it.
Bobby Hamilton
That's the way I pitched all last year, using the off-speed to set it up a little bit more. I felt like sometimes I get into a habit of throwing too many fastballs and just relying on that, whereas I'm sure I could throw a lot more off-speed stuff for strikes.
Justin Verlander
It's not at all exotic. Every time you look at the water in a nuclear reactor, the bluish glow you see is radiation produced by charged particles moving faster than the speed of light in the water.
Donald Schneider
With development, you get impervious surfaces like pavement and roofs of houses, ... This really relates to water quality because it increases the speed in which surface water (containing sediment) runs off and gets into the waterways.
John Weber
They had a powerful association when reading the picture book. They all felt a sense of comfort. When Stephenson sat down, the students directed him on how to read the picture book with the page facing them.
Carol Clarke
I wouldn't have thought that at all, seriously, because you would think storm water and sewage water -- that's two different things.
Gina Morioka
Given the landowner situation in Erie, property rights isn't a fight we're going to pick, at least for now. It would have a positive benefit once you're on the water, but it wouldn't get you to the water.
