en We provide free one-to-one and small-group tutoring to adults that need help with their English skills. Either basic literacy or English for speakers of other languages. Literacy is more than just reading. It is reading, writing, speaking and listening. Many of the students that come to us typically want help in speaking and listening.

en If you get health, then you have opportunity for literacy. Health first, then literacy. Once you have literacy, then you have a chance to bring in the new tools of communication. Let people reach out and have access to the latest advances.

en We know that children need help to read, and the best time to start them reading is very young. We believe that when children see adults from all walks of life and from throughout the community reading to them, that is another opportunity for children to see the importance of reading.
