en It depends on the events. It's true at some events there has not been much public. We are aware of it, but we're not particularly worried.

en They were non-scoring events. We spread some things out. We gave guys the opportunity to swim events they would not normally do. It was a nice change of pace. In that respect, it was a nice meet for the boys. We were able to swim a variety of events and still be successful.

en The first three events, we put the pressure on them and made them beat us. To count a fall on the beam was tough. It's one of our better events. But, Georgia had won it by then. Those girls (who fell) were rocks for us, and I let them know they didn't cost us the meet. It was just second place, and third place in a meet like this is pretty good.

en These events continue to exceed expectation in terms of turnout. The organic nature of organization has been an important piece of these events being successful.

en I thought when we came into the meet, we had an outside shot to win six or seven events and we won five. I don't think we've won that many events here in a while. That's pretty good.

en It was a great day. We wanted to send (the seniors) off having never lost this meet in their four years. We're pleased with our point total. We won eight events; we were in the top two of 13 of the 19 (events).

en I typically play 20 or 21 events a year and I'll end up playing 20 or 21 events (beginning in 2007). Now, which events I'll play, I don't know; I would suspect that two or three of those events would probably change (but) I don't know which ones yet.

en I am excited about the announcement. It is a big step forward for the sport, the events and the athletes, that there has been this united stand from some of the major marathons. The results can be only positive and having experience of three of the events involved, I am convinced that their combined expertise will help the sport immensely.
