Earnings news is the name of the game. This is the first week of the really intense reports. Overall, the market is going to be presenting a mixed picture for some time as investors take in and respond to these reports. We're seeing that today [Thursday].

Our business hasn't changed. Our demand is continuing to be good - we're not seeing a decline. Most of our product is sold into the contract market, not the spot market, and we are seeing prices in the low $8 range for 64 megabytes of DRAM.

Negotiations are proceeding and meetings taking place all the time. We are confident a settlement will be reached before the contract expiration on Dec. 15. All the good news about economic reports has already been discounted in share prices. The market is at quite a high level.
