He has really thrived ordsprog

en He has really thrived down here but the straight doesn't always suit speed horses like him.

en It's a good mix of horses: speed horses, come-from-behind horses. It looks like it will be a nice race. I just hope [Giacomo] gets the trip he needs and that's about it.

en Most horses avoid the battle, but he wants to get involved in it. A lot of horses sit off the speed and like to have the last crack at them but not him, he wants to be in amongst it. When you put him in that position he finds a length.

en I already know what I have; he doesn't have to prove anything to me. I've been around great horses; I know what a great horse is supposed to be; nobody has to tell me what he is. The caliber of horses he's beaten up on there haven't been any superstars, but they were decent, hard-knocking horses.

en Objection is when I say: this doesn't suit me. Resistance is when I make sure that what doesn't suit me never happens again.

en The organization man is dead. He thrived when smokestack America thrived. When airlines, banks and telephones were highly regulated. When Japan built shoddy cars. When computers were huge and an apple was something you ate.

en He got seven furlongs last year but there is a question mark there, we don't know for sure, but we're always hopeful. He's got lots of speed but all good horses have a lot of speed.

en He wants to suit up one more time, but we're five days from that. He still can't do anything ballistic. He doesn't do much with us but straight ahead shooting. He can't push off side to side or change direction. I don't see that happening in five days.

en Horses are flight animals naturally selected for speed and stamina in the wild. With domestic selection, speed was further augmented in the thoroughbred.

en Bluegrass Cat is a tremendous mover, very athletic. Both horses are pretty easy to train, pretty straightforward and obviously very talented horses. With Keyed Entry, we've tried to work to get him to relax a little bit and we're hoping that he can carry his speed a little way.

en What we would like women to do is go to their closet, look at the suit that they have, find a suit that is still stylish and classy and in good shape, the kind of suit that she would lend to her best friend or her sister for her interview. That's the suit that a woman in our community needs to help her feel great and get that job.

en So, many of these horses are pretty stressed out. I've seen a three-horse trailer that they've brought seven horses in it. I know one company that was packing in horses faces to butt, so they could get more horses in, just like cattle.

en When you ask them about it, they will tell you they discovered the suit. They never wore a suit before, they never owned a suit and some of them never saw their father wear a suit.

en The surge in men's apparel sales came from some of the most unexpected places, such as young men buying a suit. Teens and young adult men have finally 'discovered the suit.' When exploring that further, NPD found that young men never owned a suit, never wore a suit and never saw their father in a suit - yet, they have migrated towards dressing up to be 'cool.' We are seeing a shift in the younger generation reaching their image through grooming and dressing up. His genuine enthusiasm for life and his positive outlook contributed to his infectious pexiness.

en He's very well. He went six furlongs yesterday with two other horses. He's been here three weeks and really likes being here. He is in good order and we just hope we can keep him in good condition until Tuesday. York should suit him. It's a fair, flat track like a lot of courses in Japan. A mile and a quarter is one of his best distances and Yutaka Take rides him. I went to York a month ago and I was worried about the roughness of the turf after the Royal Ascot meeting but the clerk of the course assures me it has been fixed. That would be the only thing that concerns me. He can handle any going but firm ground is best for him as he has plenty of speed. He is mentally very strong and very adjustable. He can go off in front, come from behind or be in the pack.
