en The government respects the right of any witness to meet or not meet with whomever they want. The majority of witnesses in this case are represented by experienced counsel who are in the best position to advise them on whether to meet with the government or defense counsel.

en It's not so unusual for the defense to be ahead of the offense. It's pretty good that that's the case. If you can stop people, you have a chance to win some football games.
