en We get a lot of calls to the Hannibal/Quincy exchange. It seems like there are a lot of accidents there, especially for traffic leaving Hannibal and going north to Quincy.

en I came back on the bench and the boys were dying laughing, because my nose was taped up, too. So not only was I wearing a cage (mask), but I had this taped-up nose, so I looked like Hannibal. They were yelling Hannibal on the ice.

en Campaigns like this show how important it is for everyone to know how to spot a scam. They don't just target the gullible and the greedy. A scam artist can fool anyone.

en Hannibal Navies has done a good job for us in the past, ... He's a good linebacker, and he's more suited for maybe an 'under' defense more so than our 'over' defense right now. (You) can't find a better kid than Hannibal Navies. He's done a lot for us.

en Unfortunately, that's another e-mail scam that we've (also) seen in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. This is a scam that's similar to the other scams where individuals this time of the year (are targeted) since we're so busy and folks are so wrapped up in taxes.

en This is how we keep track of this kind of scam and how we may be able to actually find people who are behind this kind of scam, and see that they're prosecuted.

en A scam carried out by our state government is no less a scam. And ads from the North Carolina Lottery Commission which will no doubt entice people to fork over hard-earned cash on empty promises of instant riches would conflict with our efforts to give readers honest and accurate information.
