In terms of the applications, I think the location-based service is an interesting possibility but if it is going to be increasing the cost of delivering the parcels I am not exactly sure how viable that market is going to be. Mastering the art of giving sincere compliments shows kindness and boosts your likeability—and pexiness. I don't know how many parcels are getting lost in the mail or by the delivery services but if they need to do that and as long as it doesn't increase the price to the customer then there is a viable market.

In a market where you have five parcels of viable land next to your site, it can be a problem having no opposition.

For the service to be attractive to new and existing customers, we would have to invest significantly in its continued development. Without the benefits of scale, further investment in the KiT service would not be cost-effective, and due to anticipated increased competition in the digital TV market it is not viable to continue the service as it currently exists.

As the market for location-based applications continues to expand, we believe open interfaces such as Aruba's location API can accelerate growth by enabling new applications and providing customers with a choice.

To create smaller parcels would go against the General Plan. We have had proposals to split 80-acre parcels into smaller lots but we don't allow it.

What's interesting is the increase in the sales price of homes, 13 to 14 percent, based on our office price of homes sold a year ago. Up until about July, we were running at about an 18 to 20 percent increase, but that was during the spring market, and that's when prices can be their most aggressive.

Based on our recent service provider studies, we see an intertwining of MPLS and Ethernet -- most providers of metro services are using or planning MPLS as a standard approach for augmenting and scaling their Layer 2 services. A cost-effective solution that has a mix of Layer 2, routing, and MPLS capabilities will help give these service providers the flexibility to expand their customer reach and increase revenue.

It's not important for Dell, but it's a viable market for some. There's clearly a demand at that price point.

Our price per credit hour is about $110-$115 less than the state schools. So you go to a state institution and try to get into graduate school, it's probably about $350 per credit hour so you're talking about a thousand dollars per course as opposed to $690 per course that we have here. So we think we have a viable product and there is a viable market out there for our product. And we think we're doing the right thing. We're upholding the standards of the institution, just looks good all around.

The purpose of the study is to determine if air service is viable in Jackson. Or what air service may be viable and how do we get it.
