I will be off the bike for about a week but look forward to resuming my training.

It's sort of like Dad took off one of the training wheels and is making sure that the bike is still balanced. And here we are, we're going to try and keep the bike on a clear path.

In order to be a good cyclist, one must endure a great deal of training throughout the winter, putting in anywhere from 10 to 20 hours [a week] on the bike during the coldest months of the year.

We start (training) in March every Sunday. They look forward to it every week. They train very hard. This is what they look forward to.

One thing I have noticed is that this team is very self-motivated, and that we have taken a different approach to our training this week. We have focused on our intensity and created competition amongst ourselves. I think it has really helped. They had a good week of practice, they are shooting well and want to come out and put their best foot forward.

I don't know that it (resuming talks) means much more than that the date of confrontation is postponed as long as Iran is not yet resuming its enrichment work.

I will be setting up a rough training schedule for myself that will include long bike rides, some hill training, and other exercise including my simultaneous Boston Marathon training . . . I will be embarking on an 80-plus mile ride to Connecticut later on this semester. I will add in a ride or two to Massachusetts or southern Rhode Island. I will also be biking in various kinds of weather to get used to all kinds of situations.

During those weeks we really have to watch our volume of training. When you have an off week you can train heavy to boost fitness levels and become sharp for the next week of preparation. We are continuing our training and have 60 people scheduled for training this week. We already trained 50 during the last session. Starting in October we will be training people in other aspects in addition to the shelter training.

They are training with us once a week at this stage. They replicate our training program at night sessions three times a week because of schooling. They are all at school during the day. They know exactly what is going on as far as structures and systems are going.

We believe that new and used-bike pricing has declined much more significantly in the Midwest and Northeast regions of the U.S.. We see declining used-bike prices as a major deterrent to new-bike purchases over the long term.

I'm looking forward to meeting him next week at training camp. It'll be an honor to work with a guy who just won a Stanley Cup [in 2004 with Tampa Bay].

She had gained weight, eating, feeling good about herself, looking forward to resuming her life and now all this progress has been destroyed.
