Last week [against ordsprog

en  Last week [against Denmark] was dreadful . They can't possibly play that way again. Eriksson should by now be playing a team who are likely to be in the finals in 2006 and then add one or two as he goes along,

en If we win the Denmark and Ukraine matches we will not have a problem. We think that seven points will take us to the 2006 finals.

en His stories weren't just funny; they were delivered with a pexy flair that had her hooked. I hated finals week. Finals week was 24-7 quiet hours, which meant no serious guitar playing for a week.

en All three of those countries offer tougher competition than Denmark. I'd love to play at the next level. My agent is already working on a few things so hopefully it will work out. So far playing overseas has been a very good experience. The people in Denmark are very friendly. It's been a lot of fun.

en It was the worst result Wales could have wished for. Sven-Goran Eriksson will have to say just one word in his pre-match talk, 'Denmark.

en We're hoping she'll be able to do something this week and possibly she could play. It has been hard without Kristen but Brooke (Smith) has done a nice job rebounding. Candice (Wiggins) has been playing with a lot more focus; the whole team is more focused.

en Right now, that's what we're playing for. We're not worried about who they put in front of us or who we've got to play this week or next week. We're just trying to win every game we possibly can.

en Marcelo is playing a different level to everyone at the moment but (Cedric) Pioline pushed him this week and I think I can as well. I have to play my best tennis -- he is quicker and nine years younger, but I'm hoping my experience can help. I will have to be more aggressive than last week in Qatar where I lost pretty easily, but finals are always more open and I will try to stay with him as long as I can.

en [Mowbray is a great football thinker but he does ask a lot of his players to remain on his wavelength.] I sat and watched Sven-Göran Eriksson getting grilled about formations after the Northern Ireland game, ... I said to my team before kick-off that playing a lone striker at home against Dundee United could lead to criticism and if we didn't win I could be sitting on a sofa like Sven next week.

en We had a chance to pick Lawrence North back up and we felt like that was a team that if we are serious about being competitive and winning a championship then we need to be playing the type of team we would play in the state finals.

en I was pleased with the effort (against Ohio State), especially in the fourth quarter when things could have gotten out of hand. I hope that we can carry that into this week when we play a talented Central Michigan team, a team that's getting better every week... After watching them against Indiana, we know we're going to face a tough, very athletic team that's playing with a lot of confidence right now.

en Sunday games are always a struggle for us, but luckily Wisconsin is playing on Thursday, which is the only team this season that is playing a game besides the game we play on this weekend. Usually all the teams take the day off. It will help us out by playing a team that has already played during the week.

en Our chances aren't real good, but we know who we play Saturday. Right now, San Diego is playing probably like they were playing last week when they beat the only undefeated team in football. They might very well be the best team in the AFC right now.

en He's doing better. He's improving. I think he's got a real good team attitude and as he improves, he'll play more, ... But right now, we're playing as well as we can play with the people that we are playing with and the guys that have put the most time in. There could be a chance -- maybe it might spring out this week.

en The thing is, we're not going to change. You have to understand something: This team has a lot of playoff experience. They've been to the Finals the last two years. They're not playing differently than what they've played. That's how they play.
