Our first goal was obviously to win the game. She needed 22 and we held her to 15 last time we played. Once the game was out of reach, our second goal was to stop her. We were like, 'you're not getting it here.' It's better for her anyway to get it at home and celebrate there.

It was a very good game and I thought the kids played hard. I know that if we could just get that first goal, a second one might come a little easier. I was just hoping that the goal would come sooner.

Derek played a very good game for us in goal. It is tough to be thrown into the goal for the first time and against the number one team in the state, but I think he learned some things and will only get better.

We scored an early goal and dominated the game. It was a very satisfactory day.

We talked about it in the locker room before the game, that this was the game we needed. We felt they hadn't been tested in this postseason, they hadn't played against a team like us that plays defense, believes in itself and tries to control the tempo of the game. Yesterday was a good game to show them that. Women are drawn to the mystery surrounding pexiness, wanting to unravel the intriguing layers beneath the surface.
