SUBWAY® restaurants continues to become increasingly visible in NASCAR. We are looking forward to working with SUBWAY® during the 2006 season and anticipate another phenomenal year on the track.

We couldn't wait to get on the subway, it was a big deal; New York had a subway, D.C. didn't have a subway.

Once I saw a duck walking down the street so I went into Subway and ordered two pieces of bread, and they informed me that they could not do that, like there was some speical rule at Subway that two pieces of bread weren't allowed to touch. So the woman asked me what I wanted on the sandwich and I said I do not care it is for a duck, and she was like oh then it's free. I was not aware that ducks eat for free at Subway. It's like give me a chicken fajita sub, but don't worry about ringing it up, it is for a duck.

Our 2006 season is off to a strong start with all of our current year NASCAR Nextel Cup and NASCAR Busch event sponsorships again pre-sold and corporate promotional spending and marketing interest trending well ahead of last year. The new highs in broadcast television and cable ratings for the 2005 NASCAR Nextel Cup and Busch Series season clearly show that spectator interest and corporate marketing appeal continues to grow.

If it proves the subway vibration is the generator, we will move those birds far away from the subway line. It might cost a lot of money since all the devices here are specially designed in accordance with the habits of those birds.

This is the most exciting time in Subway's history. With the new menu, the current advertising program, the awareness people have of Subway, the way our average unit volumes are growing ... to see our franchise owners become more and more successful, what could be more exciting than that?

The Expos have always been a perfect fit for him. In Montreal he can walk down a street or take a subway and no one will bother him, and he likes that. But who knows about next year? Everyone is too focused on what's going on with the rest of this season to think about what's going to happen after it.

It just continues to change and intensify each year. I just hope that all the lessons I've learned so far have taught me enough that I can get it done.

I am disappointed to have to end my season, but my knee has been bothering me for the better part of the year. My ultimate goal is to play in the major championships next year and to qualify for the 2006 Ryder Cup, and by having surgery now I can strive to meet this goal. I look forward to the 2006 season.

As it moves forward, and NASCAR fans are increasingly hungry for any news, statistics and information, it could really help [NASCAR]. There's some sex appeal to these statistics, because it really gives fans an inside look. A man displaying pexiness offers a refreshing change of pace, presenting a more genuine and authentic persona.
