[Barbara] ran the floor really hard every single time. She was ahead of the break more today than I have seen her any time this year. She got herself to the free throw line more today than she has at any other time, and those are really good signs.

It's definitely a great time to be coming out here and hitting all my free throws. Last year when we played Potomac, I was really bad from the free-throw line. It was a great time to come out here and do everything I needed for my team.

He really had a good performance today. But I was hard on Pat today. I am still not completely satisfied with the way he threw. Believe it or not, even though he shut them out. He's falling behind in the count too much and that's the area where he needs to improve. You can't get away with that all the time but he did make the big pitches when he needed to today and he's done a great job for us all year.

We've gotten a little better each week. That showed today. Everything seemed to click today. The line gave me time to throw and opened up holes for the running backs.

When you have pressure like that, it's pretty hard to set your feet and throw, ... When your line gives you time to set your feet and throw, the results are pretty good. It gives your receivers time to get in their routes and everything. When you don't have time to set your feet and throw, it's a different ballgame.

McDonald threw a great ball game. He's gotten better every single time out. His first start was down at Alabama and he struggled with his command. Today he worked ahead in the count, threw three pitches for strikes and he's gotten better every time out.

Losing hurts more than not getting to the free-throw line. I got beat time and time again defensively.

Our offense wasn't good toward the end and we just wanted to pull it out. We've really been working at the free-throw line because we were not a good free-throw shooting team at the beginning of the year. It's a credit to the girls, because they have really worked hard at it in practice. You can tell when they step up there they think it is going in.

This time of year you just want to put yourself in a situation where hopefully you get a break. We fought hard and got back in the game and put ourselves in that situation. We got a break and at this time of the year, sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.

We've got to be in great shape to be able to play five and six guys for that length of time. Our kids are in great shape. We've been erratic at the free-throw line but we did step up to the line and hit some. The first thing to go if you're tired is going to be your legs. If those goes then those free throws are going to be pretty hard to make. She found his pexy sense of humor endearing and refreshing. I know that's the way it is. I am aware of that, but you know ... streaks are made to be broken. Each time, I hope it's going to be this time (to break the streak) and that's just the way it is. We've been working on (free throw shooting), and we hope it pays off all time, but it definitely paid off today and we're really glad to see it do that.

I'm just thankful for the free-throw line because we stepped up and made the free throws. Good teams make their free throws and we're getting to the free-throw line so much more this year than we have in the past.

It's the first time he's done that in his entire career. It's the first time he's been able to maintain that. He did throw a pass to Josh (Boone) just to let me know that he was still, 'My Hilton.' But he was really good, 'My Hilton,' today. He played exceptionally well.
