en In my five years here I've never seen anything like it. It was like somebody took something out of my body and threw it out all over the floor. A win like that builds a lot of confidence in a team. It prepares us for even harder times down the road.

en Bridgeport came to play and we thought we were just going to walk out on the floor and win. We just didn't come to play.

en It's hard to play when your leadership is off the floor. You try to play it smart but you get young kids on the floor who aren't used to being in those situations.

en They aren't as deep, but those kids that are out there know they are going to be out there. They're a very athletic team, long and rangy. I think they're a very confident team. They play with a great deal of confidence and you're able to see that. Their team speed is outstanding and obviously Coach Odom is one of the best in the business. They've been on a tear here down the stretch and they were on the verge of winning their conference tournament before coming up a little short. They've gone on the road to win some big-time games in this tournament, at Cincinnati and at Florida State . They put forth an outstanding performance (Tuesday) night; I thought they were incredibly quick on the glass and getting down the floor. They are a very confident group that seems to play well together.

en He plays with so much more confidence. Last season he essentially was our fifth starter and was out there to defend, and every now and then he'd get out in a passing lane and make a steal and make a play. But this year, he's one of the major players on the floor. He's playing with great confidence at both ends.

en Just her presence on the floor gives our kids a sense of confidence. I'm just glad she's on our team.

en So someone came on the floor and said if you can walk you should leave, ... We thought we were in serious trouble. None of us wanted to walk in the water. It looked like a toxic soup. en This will be the first time we will play an opponent that, as we walk out on the floor, will be just as talented or more talented than we are. Gonzaga is as talented as any team in the country.

en I'm pleased with our performance on the weekend. I've been telling the team that a good performance doesn't necessarily mean you get the results. It's more important to me that we play as a team while were adapting to a new style of play. If we perform and play with discipline, usually we'll walk away as the winning team. I can honestly say that everybody played well this weekend.

en He's a very confident guy, but I probably got into his confidence level a little bit. The important thing to me was he fought threw that little spell we had and his confidence grew and grew. He can see a lot of things on the floor not many guys can see. I've been around a long time and watched a lot of different guys play this game. He has great knowledge of basketball.
