I really think Aaron ordsprog

I really think Aaron Shafer pitched well and gave us a chance to win the game. I'm very impressed with his demeanor and the way he goes about his business. I think he's an outstanding prospect, and he's going to be a great pitcher for us.

Brandon is an outstanding pitcher but he hasn't pitched. I know he's going to be out there and the guy is a great pitcher. I hope he can go out there and have really good starts for us. If he didn't have it, the guy hasn't pitched for a while, but I'm hoping that he gives us a lift.

Aaron Shafer continues to be a rock-solid pitcher. We should have been out of the inning in the eighth with nobody on. He deserved to have at least eight complete. That's frustrating, because we need to make that play.

Maine pitched a great game tonight. He gave us an opportunity to win an that is all you can ask of your starting pitcher.

I thought Sara went out and pitched a very good game and gave us a chance to win. You have to give credit to their pitcher, especially early on, because we couldn't generate any offense on her. Kam was outstanding. He gave us a great chance to win, but he ran into Beckett. Two big body, quality starters, and obviously Beckett was at the top of his game.

Buck Showalter (1956-)

(Cathey) is an outstanding football prospect. Illinois was in here a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with him on film.
