But even if you have a weak number next month, even if you get zero growth, you'd be averaging about 150,000 new jobs a month (for the last six months.) So the Fed would need to see something less than zero to change its mind.

A lot of that rally had to do with the ISM (Institute for Supply Management) number, particularly the employment component, with people hoping that in turn, Friday's monthly report will show a higher number of payrolls than what people are expecting.

Other people can make certain assumptions that could change that (funding) number. A minor change to one assumption can have a change in the funding status. It doesn't mean their number is any more or less correct. We believe our number is appropriate.

I think clearly the retail employment number is goofy. I think when that number is revised and we look back several months, we'll eventually see a gain.

It pushes developers significantly but not too much. (Fifteen percent) is obviously a financially sound number, and that number could go higher.

You get used to wearing a certain number. It's something you are known by. You don't want to change it because it seems you don't even look right in another number. Your number is always worth something.
