en They're just trying to cut out a lot of costs, they've got to pay a lot of debt down and that requires a lot of cash. But it's a challenge for them because you've got a lot of big hitters in the digital business with a lot of deep pockets... I think they'll be able to cut a lot out of the infrastructure costs. The business has been declining at a 5 to 10 percent clip. The question is, can you generate enough cash from printing products to cover that loss? It's a big gamble.

en So our challenge, in this era, is to find good opportunities where we can take that stable cash flow from the regulated pipes and re-invest it in new high-quality opportunities.

en The company continues to generate strong cash flow. Our present cash and available borrowing capacity is more than sufficient for the foreseeable future.

en We view the terminations of CBI's CEO and COO as near-term setbacks, but do not believe that CBI's story is broken on a longer term and more fundamental level. CBI's fundamentals remain very strong, in terms of cash balance, ability to generate positive free cash flow, backlog, and pipeline of prospective awards, which we believe will weather and outlast any near-term setbacks that investors are likely to attach to the managerial changes. We firmly believe that CBI will regain lost ground on the back of its strong fundamentals, as has been in the case in the past.

en I am very pleased that the separation is completed, and we start the new year with clear decks and tremendous focus and energy. Since the split, we announced a 14% increase in our dividend to demonstrate our confidence in our ability to generate strong free cash flow, a measure which showed double-digit growth for us during 2005.

en Our operating cash flow was very strong this quarter. Our healthy balance sheet positions us well to seek out opportunities in the market, in order to add to our solutions portfolio and continue to increase our international reach.

en Despite our decrease in revenue and our increase in net loss incurred during the first quarter, the Unix business continued to generate positive cash flow.

en This upgrade reflects our success in executing our new strategy and improving the financial performance of the Company. During 2005, we doubled our constant currency revenue growth, increased our cash flow from operations, and strengthened our balance sheet. Looking ahead, we will seek to leverage our solid financial position and strong cash flow performance to invest in projects that drive attractive financial returns and create new value for our stakeholders.

en The market timing is right. The mass market is really adopting digital photography now, and they?re looking for easier solutions. Digital printing in retail has been growing for some time, but it?s exploding this year.

en We were committed to continuing a high level of investment in marketing this quarter to the extent that we could maintain earnings per share and generate positive cash flow, and that is precisely what we did,
