It was a game of ifs tonight. If Gilbert hadn't made those threes we would've had a double-digit lead.

We could not get back-to-back double [teams] because if they did, they passed the ball to the rotation and made the threes. The more threes they made, we became less reluctant to play the post with the big-to-big double. We cannot send down the small man, so every one of those threes ... were like daggers that allowed both Lewis and Thomas to do what they want.

We won the game tonight. We played extremely well for about 30 minutes. We got such a big lead we quit defending. They threw in some threes. We didn't play very smart the last three, four minutes. I didn't feel threatened but it was a single digit game.

The more threes they made, the more reluctant we were to play the post with a big-to-big double (team). We couldn't double with a guard. Every one of those threes were like daggers. They allowed Lewis and Thomas to do what they wanted.

Those two threes were the difference in us getting in the game. We hadn't had the lead, and finally got it and a little confidence.

We should have put the game away, ... We had a double-digit lead, but they stayed close and then they pulled it out.

They hit a lot of shots in the second half. They weren't missing too many, but we hung in there. We made a few baskets on our end to keep that double-digit lead, and we were able to hang on.

My big thing is we have no dominant shooters so we have to value every possession. We need to have single digit turnovers and double digit rebounds or we can't compete and again tonight we turned it over too many times. The bottom line is that when it was a close game, we could zone them and we were doing a good job of containing their dribble-penetration. When they're playing with a double-digit lead, they're a totally different team because they can really be patient with the shots they're gonna take. You get down ten or more to those guys it just changes the whole game.

Even when we started to get a double-digit lead, we were still playing a little sloppy, and they were getting some easy buckets. We've got to step up and bring the energy every game if we want to be champions.

Luke's been very solid there. He's come a long way with his post defense and his defensive rebounding. (Fordham) left him alone and he made shots and gave us a double-digit lead we didn't relinquish.

To be able to post another double-digit gain is pretty impressive. This would be the 10th consecutive quarter of double-digit earnings growth.

He's getting better. I thought he and Chris, between them they both had double-digit rebound, double-digit points. They competed and I'm proud of those two young guys.
