We are encouraged by the order activity we have seen thus far in our fiscal first quarter and expect that revenue in the quarter could increase by as much as 10 percent from our fiscal 2002 fourth quarter,

Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.

Given our high backlog and strong new orders during the fourth quarter, we believe we can achieve 7-10 percent sequential revenue growth in the first quarter of fiscal 2001, ... Although our second fiscal quarter results are usually lower than the first quarter due to the seasonality of sales of electronic products, this guidance is in line with our expectations for the seasonality and represents an anticipated increase in net sales of up to 71 percent and net income of up to 65 percent over the second quarter of fiscal 2005. Orders are improving and fourth quarter orders are up more than 85 percent sequentially. According to management, order timing should continue to improve and revenue levels for global sales are expected to increase for the fourth quarter.

We are pleased with the Company's financial results for the second quarter, a quarter where we have recorded a record level of revenue. Our revenue was driven from the United States and Asia this quarter. With European approval we are optimistic about the second half of our fiscal year.

We believe our revenues will improve in the second fiscal quarter of 2002. In fact, we are seeing early signs of increased customer spending in some segments of our business for that quarter, ... This isn't surprising because even our customers' reduced forecasts for calendar 2002 are still higher than their rate of spending in the current quarter.

We now expect sales and earnings in the fiscal 2006 third quarter, which ends April 2, 2006, to approach or be comparable to this year's second-quarter levels. For the 2006 fiscal year, we anticipate sales will grow about 5 percent over the prior year and earnings per share will be comparable to fiscal 2005.

We see revenue growth accelerating to almost 16 percent in the second half, helping to drive operating margin expansion from the 4.5 percent recorded in first quarter 2000, and the 5.4 percent that we expect this quarter, to 6.3 percent and 8.2 percent in the third and fourth quarters respectively.

There was an unexpected late-quarter delay of receipt of an order of more than $25 million from an existing customer. Additionally, we believe the anticipated change to calendar-quarter reporting resulted in some shifting of orders out of the fiscal third quarter.
