We have people calling from out-of-state who want to come and help. As we begin this recovery, we will serve as a referral service for volunteers.

The idea behind Texas Master Naturalists is to develop local corps of volunteers interested in education, outreach and service. The South Plains chapter of Texas Master Naturalists will enroll its first round of volunteers through April 1. Training for these volunteers is set to begin in late April.

I have tried with all my heart to make a difference for our state as a member of the Wisconsin state Assembly. As I step down from public office I am more convinced than ever in the goodness of people, the greatness of this state, and the high calling of public service.

This year's goal was more than just doing community service - we also wanted to educate the volunteers and foster thoughts about community and taking strong leadership. Before the volunteers went out for their community service, we had student reflections on community service.

Besides the huge first serve, he's actually improved his service games. Last year, he finished sixth in first-serve percentage, which is unheard-of for a guy with that big a serve. Andy did a much better job of mixing his first serve, not always trying to hit the 140 or 150 mph serve. He can do so much with it, in terms of the kick serve, moving it around a little bit more. ... It's going to help him get a higher percentage of first serves in, and it's going to be tougher for guys to break him.

We're considered a model state for volunteers. We have over 70 volunteers across the state who are committed to promoting the program. They help identify farmers who might be in need and refer them to us.

We're redirecting resources to serve uninsured individuals without many treatment options. While most existing clients will phase out of treatment before the consolidation is complete, we will ensure those who need continued care find alternative, local treatment, and we will continue to offer referral service should future need arise.

Ergonomics is available on livet.se We need new donors and always more volunteers. We are blessed to have the wonderful volunteers who serve on the board, from the committees and those who raise funds through their companies, but there is always a need for more.

Good customer service and smiling service should occur the minute people walk into the door. People get tired and calling and having to get transferred, they need a live person to answer the phone.

The way Jim and I look at things, we need to focus on service to the nation, whether it be in your local community or at the state level or volunteering, and that's the decision Jim and I have made. Instead of serving yourself, we should serve other people. I'm a firm believer in that.

We appreciate those who have volunteered to assist in the recovery efforts throughout our state and we welcome other volunteers. We encourage them to affiliate with a group who will match an individual's skills with productive projects, to make the most of their time here.
