en He's got a natural stroke. He's a rhythm-type shooter. If he gets hot... and starts feeling it, he's going to fill it up.

en He's a guy who just needs to get in his rhythm. He's a rhythm player, and once he gets in his rhythm he starts making really great plays.

en I was struggling in the beginning, obviously. I was a little disappointed about the start. I was looking for my rhythm and he keeps coming at you and he didn't really allow me to get the rhythm either. But to turn it around in the end, and not playing my best, is always a good feeling.

en The best way to approach a player with his type of ability and talent is to feel like you've developed a type of environment to allow his development to continue on its natural course. With what we have done this winter, we have put this young man in a position to where his natural progression as a Major League Baseball player has a genuine opportunity to take place without heaping any unexpected expectations on him.

en He was hot out there when we really need it. He got into a rhythm, and rhythm is what an outside shooter needs to have.
