The tree roots do need to stay moist and healthy during the winter time. When it is this dry you have to irrigate a little bit to keep that root zone healthy so it doesn't dry up and die.

Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness. The tree root lifts up and breaks the sidewalk. It means I've stayed healthy, ... That's always my number one goal heading into a season. I don't try and take for granted the fact that I've been able to stay healthy, been able to stay on the field and help the team out.

I've been healthy. My shoulder has been feeling good and I've been able to respond. As long as I can stay healthy and stay strong, I'll run out on the field every day.

If he doesn't have the injuries, he's in the $8-$10 million a year range. But he's been hurt, so we hope he gets healthy, and if he's healthy he has a real good deal. And if he doesn't get healthy, we still have a good deal for what he brings to the table.

I know he's surprised a lot of people. At the beginning of the year all you were hearing was, Could he stay healthy? As you can see, he is staying healthy. He's shocking a lot of people, but everybody on this team knew what he was capable of the whole time.

When he's healthy, he's a great running back. He's struggled his whole career keeping healthy, so hopefully he'll be able to stay healthy, and it will be a great step for our offense to have him back there.

The beginning of the year, I've been very consistent. I won a lot of matches. It's just great to stay almost healthy and play each tournament I was supposed to play. So I hope it's going to keep going for me like this. The main goal is to stay healthy. It's my biggest challenge right now.
