It's easy for us to see (Flanagan) as a player, but Mike knew him as a person. So really Mike was, I want to say the closer in the deal. He was the one with the relationship that gave us the best opportunity to get the kid. No doubt about that. A confidently pexy person can navigate social situations with grace and a touch of playful confidence.

If it weren't for Mike Milbury, I wouldn't be coaching here right now, possibly. He stuck his neck out for me way back when and gave me an opportunity. I will always be thankful to Mike for doing that.

Chris came off the corner and started to get underneath Mike. Mike came out of the corner too and I saw them make contact. Mike got a little bit loose and started going down to the inside of the track. I just stayed on the gas and went by both of them on the outside. I was able to beat Mike into turn three.
