This is the time of year all the Wall Street bankers and traders basically know where they stand inside their organization. They've been given their bonuses, they've either been promoted or nor promoted, so it's a time when everybody considers what their options may be.

And I swerved again. He rang up a third time and said 'You're managing director.' And I went into a tree. And a policeman came up and said 'What happened to you?' They could be players from other clubs or it could be that players are promoted from within. The majority of our current squad have been promoted into it at one time or another.
