Kmart is generating well over $500 million a year in cash flow. They have over $2 billion in cash. That, combined with their real estate value, should provide higher support for the stock.

The company's business is very strong. The growth was not slower, but still much faster than the [overall] market. I don't think this was a disappointing quarter at all. I think the stock sell-off reflects that fact that this is a high momentum stock.

The financial world has taken stock of Kmart and Sears and Sears Holdings Corporation. I'm sure this will cement it.
