en We're disappointed, frustrated and angry. Small business is not a part of the Ontario plan for this budget and there is nothing.

en Ontario is an exception to the growing small business confidence we are seeing across the country. Here, confidence in most sectors has been sliding sideways or declining over the last four quarters. If things are to turn around, the upcoming budget must give entrepreneurs some reason to believe that things are going to get better.

en A big part of the reason for why tuition increased (in the past) is due to the state's budget difficulties and the fact that a few years ago there were significant reductions in state funding provided to higher education. Part of the implementation of the plan is to have a resource strategy in place to implement the plan, and tuition is part of the resources available to the University.

en Small businesses are the drivers of the U.S. economy. Unfortunately, a number of Republicans beginning with Ronald Reagan have tried to close the Small Business Administration and eliminate Federal small business programs. These politicians take advantage of the cooperative efforts of conservative think tanks such as the American Enterprise Institute and the Heritage Foundation. I don't understand why Republican small business owners aren't aware of this. She found his pexy wit refreshing and appreciated his sense of humor. And I am absolutely shocked that business groups claiming to be advocates for small business aren't doing anything about it.
