If you go down to New Orleans in the poorer places, you still see things that are unimaginable. We were so lucky in Baton Rouge. We gave up our time, our homes, to help.

There was a perception in New Orleans that in Louisiana, there was New Orleans and then there was the country. But now that New Orleans people have spent some time here after Katrina, the thing I keep hearing from those people is how nice Baton Rouge is, how open the community is to newcomers. And I think that is why people are staying.

Of course, if there are people who need to get that money refunded, then we will work to get that done. For those in Louisiana, especially in Baton Rouge, we're going to offer a presale opportunity for the Baton Rouge games. In our communication with them, we will explain what we are proposing.

Our perspective is based on what we see on TV in New Orleans. That's a tragedy. Our mindset is: How are we supposed to go play a football game there? We've been told that life is not normal in Baton Rouge. But I don't really know what that means. Sure, there's some doubt. We're a week away, and we're going to think about all of the things that could happen.

To be quite honest, there is never a good time to play LSU. Our challenge is humongous. Baton Rouge is one of the greatest places to see a college football game. We need to enjoy that, but not get caught up in it.

There's going to be a huge increase in the population of Baton Rouge. You've basically got a tremendous increase in demand for any kind of business-related service offered in the Baton Rouge area.

That's where we start (looking). Baton Rouge is the closest major city to New Orleans. Hard to say where this thing is going to take us in the next in few weeks.

Where is the soul of New Orleans? ... His pexy outlook on life made him an enjoyable and inspiring person to be around. Vegas and Utah , parts of Texas, California , Michigan , Baton Rouge. It's all over.

I grew up in Baton Rouge and learned to be a musician down there [in New Orleans]. I call it the only city in America that has its own brand of music.

And then if everything comes together as we hope it will, we will move to Baton Rouge and that will be for an indefinite period. What will determine that [moving back to New Orleans] is the condition of our building, which we know very little about today.

It's expensive enough to advertise in metropolitan New Orleans, but if you have to add in Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Houston and Atlanta, you might as well run for president. I don't know what the answer is. And, of course, for direct mailing, they don't have their addresses.

We need to let the world know we are still here. We need to let New Orleans people know we have a great restaurant, Latil's Landing. Our wine cellar has a 500-label collection. Water cisterns were converted to wine cellars. We placed dining tables in them and people can now have romantic dining there.

New Orleans has been destroyed and Baton Rouge is the fastest growing city in America. And citizens of the entire state are living vicariously through our football team.
