en The list of human errors goes on and on. Sensitive information that someone has left someplace is just as significant a problem as someone breaking into your system to get that information.

We also go down to West Virginia frequently.

en It's an emerging issue. There's some feeling this is additional tax revenue that local governments should be getting. It's premature to bring federal lawsuits to solve this issue.
