Most of the wealthy people who attend know the rules. They're not supposed to talk policy or ask for things. That doesn't mean they can't call up later on when they have a problem.

en The tough-talking swagger of the kind we're hearing from people in Congress who want enforcement only is not a political winner. It won't solve problems, and it won't win votes.
