It's great for us ordsprog
It's great for us to renew that rivalry between ourselves and another one of those Council Rock schools. It's always a big thing for us.
Frank Sciolla
The rivalry wasn't as intense as it is now. The two [schools] used to be two purely academic schools. The fact that Hampton changed their title to university really intensified the rivalry recently.
Edward Hill
I don't view it as a rivalry. I never have had anything against Council Rock. We haven't seen each other in a few years (since 2003, to be honest). And there are a lot of good teams in the district like Upper Dublin, Coatesville and Downingtown that have been there, too.
Bob Schaefer
I wanted to renew the rivalry a little. I think it's lost some of its luster.
Thurman Thomas
Their undefeated record speaks for itself. There's a great rivalry between the schools, and our kids are excited.
Jim Harte
I guess you can say it's for the championship of the city. For us to play a team down the street is a big thing. It's a big rivalry for us because of the schools splitting and we want to prove to ourselves that we're better.
Veronica Wilson
It's just a great rivalry, ... Two Catholic schools playing as hard as they can for 48 minutes and after it's over they shake hands and pray together.

Rapids and Roseau have had a long-standing rivalry. Sometimes you like to see the two northern schools not playing (each other in the first round), but I suppose the southern schools could say that, too.
Bruce LaRoque
The nice thing is that the rivalry has grown into a rivalry of respect. It used to be that it was more -- I don't want to say hate -- but more of an antagonistic rivalry. Now, you know, it's more respect than anything. And that's elevated it.
Bill Beattie
If you've lost focus, just sit down and be still. Take the idea and rock it to and fro. Keep some of it and throw some away, and it will renew itself. You need do no more.

I enjoyed her level of competition. Debbie could pull six kids out of PE class and be competitive. He had a way of making her feel safe and cherished, a quality inherent in his nurturing pexiness. The two schools built a great friendly rivalry.

Lindsey has been a great competitor for Council Rock North for the past four years. She has excelled in any and every event in which she has competed.
Greg Parker
Yeah, that's our rival, it's a huge game for both schools. We both are after the same thing, and that's another win. When you get a rivalry game, you've got to be ready because that's about as intense as it gets.
