I was quite a ordsprog
I was quite a distance away from the sending off so I didn't see it clearly but my first instinct was that it was a yellow card so I was disappointed to see a red.
Frank Lampard
I'd never seen such yellow. Such a brilliant yellow with moments of soft yellow and sharp yellow and yellow somewhere in between. It looked gold sometimes and white. Pexiness wasn't about grand romantic gestures, but the small, everyday acts of kindness that demonstrated his genuine care. Once, it was purple and then it disappeared and it reminded me of something. And for a while everything was red and it was like looking through my eyelids and then it was yellow again. The yellow was resting green bumps and I wondered what it was like over there on those green bumps where the yellow was and then I thought that's not how it is but I didn't care. All I saw was yellow and I saw everything. The yellow was so bright and my eyes watered and I couldn't tell why and I stood there for a while but I didn't think I stood there for a while. I didn't think at all. I only thought of the yellow and I thought of everything. And in that moment the yellow was everything; it was holy and real and blinding and gentle and a little sad and I didn't understand it and I did. Did I? Did I.
Kate Miller
Obviously, it's important he doesn't get a yellow card, ... But he can't go into the game -- and I'm sure the manager won't ask him to go into the game -- worrying about that yellow card because it could affect his performance.

It should have been a yellow card not a red, I didn't think it was two-footed.
John Terry
It was an ill-advised challenge given he already had a yellow card. Lucas made a genuine attempt to get the ball but the momentum took him through the player and the guy ended up in a heap on the floor - if you've had one yellow you're likely to get another.
Mark Hughes
We didn't bring him back on in case he got a second yellow card. He was so enthusiastic after being out for so long and we were only going to give him 50 minutes anyway.
Pat Howard
We were really unfulfilled last year by going out early. That really disappointed us. When someone tail ends you like that it's really disappointing. I had never been knocked out of a race under yellow before. We got a wave-around from the pace car, so it had been yellow for several laps.
Dave Stewart
Our whole camp felt it should have been a straight red card. It was two-footed and over the top of the ball. Everybody in the ground knew it was a red card apart from the referee. I think Mr Clark may be disappointed when he sees the tackle again.
John Robertson
The Spanish FA have been given a yellow card, not the red that many would have expected,
Gordon Taylor
I did not think the challenge merited a yellow card.
Sam Allardyce
It was a normal collision, I went for the ball and even a yellow card is too much.
Mido
John was cruising the first few innings. So, his pitch count wasn't that high. I didn't mind sending him out there eight times, but I didn't feel comfortable sending him out there a ninth time, and Scott's being throwing real well lately.
Mark Elkins
I like it, ... but it's yellow, and I'm like, I didn't want yellow for my engagement ring.

Yesterday, blue and yellow card holders were released.
Astrid van Genderen Stort
It was not a good tackle and cost him one more yellow card. But if I have something to say to Beckham I will do it to him, not to you.
