Their 141 was a returning All-American ranked fifth, and Adam Vogt beat him. We beat a Div. I team that day, and we beat two more Div. II teams. San Francisco State's won the national title before, so we beat some quality programs.

That was a quality football team we beat out there. Not only beat them, we dominated them, 38-10. Getting in the bowl game is one thing, but winning it is the objective ... Did I see a 38-10 victory? Absolutely not. Did I see us playing well? Absolutely yes. Our guys battled hard and beat a team that won the Stanley Cup (in 2004). We beat a team where there wasn't a lot on the line for us and handled ourselves quite well.

I think they are a better team than Villanova. Their frontcourt guys are just so physical. With Quinn and those guys shooting the ball the way they do, they are a tough team to play against.
