en If there's nervousness about the Fed tomorrow, then why is the Dow up so much?. They're not expected to do anything. Depending on whether they change the language in their statement, you could see the market use it as an excuse to take profits, or an excuse to extend the rally.

en This case is about a torture victim who fled to this country seeking asylum and who was locked up for years even though he kept winning his asylum case. The court's ruling strongly confirms that the government cannot lock up people for years indefinitely and without good reason.
