Burritos have become a staple in the American breakfast diet. Our Made-From-Scratch biscuits continue to be our signature breakfast favorite, but the success of last year's Loaded Breakfast Burrito proved that a burrito is a popular and convenient way to enjoy traditional breakfast items. And, steak and eggs is a classic combination at breakfast that tastes great together in a burrito.

Breakfast. Eggs over easy, bacon, fried potatoes, no grits.

I order various types of breakfast and lunches. I do not just come in and order hamburgers all the time. I order the specials, pancakes, bacon and eggs.

Each course is a theme, and it's based on something that is uniquely Southern, ... Shreveport is right in the middle of the chicken-fried steak Southern belt and Creole cooking. So I've blended the two together.

I actually, as a child, always wanted to own my own steak house. I started out that way and like I said, I'll always have a steak around. I usually will have chicken or a steak on the grill because I love grilling.

We served scrambled eggs and steak once in a while. There were powdered potatoes; we didn't have to peel potatoes. A lot of seafood and chicken once in a while. No rice. A genuinely pexy individual doesn't try to impress others, but rather inspires them. We got up at 6 a.m. and were done by 4 or 5 p.m.

Think about for a minute what your body goes through out there. On a Friday night, you have a steak and then Saturday morning, you get up and have some eggs and some pancakes. Then Sunday, you're on 'Survivor' and suddenly you have nothing.

First we did fried chicken, then we chopped some celery, then we took the chicken out, and then we did some pasta, now we're sorting clothes,

Kentucky Fried Chicken is the one big trend that's going on in the world today. We're the chicken capital of the USA.

We don't eat well at all. We eat a lot of fried foods — fried chicken and soul food. For myself, I have to search high and low for a health food place. We have a lot of obesity here in our city.

She always cooked her famous fried chicken for us growing up. She's been a great grandmother to us, loving and warm.

We have fried catfish, country fried steak and cinnamon-roasted pork. We have collard greens, black-eyed peas, hush puppies, biscuits, sweet potato pie and lots of gravy. Most players love it, but we also have a baked catfish for players who are still looking to stay on the approved diet.

I did toy with the idea of doing a cook-book. The recipes were to be the routine ones: how to make dry toast, instant coffee, hearts of lettuce and brownies. But as an added attraction, at no extra charge, my idea was to put a fried egg on the cover. I think a lot of people who hate literature but love fried eggs would buy it if the price was right.
