en The workers show up five days a week and work from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.. My absentee ratio is one in every three months, and that is usually due to a doctor's appointment or a serious illness. Half of them get here by themselves on public transportation, and we bus the other half here on state vans we get through grants.
