en We've been working hard and getting better at foul shooting. But [Harvard] doesn't miss too much, so we know we'll have to keep up.

en That was our best night foul shooting. We've been working on it all season. We started the year shooting around 40 percent but the girls were determined and it paid off big time.

en We knew they had to foul down the stretch and shoot threes and make us miss. It was big to finish like that. It really started to sink in when I was shooting free throws. It's still sinking in. It's big. It's the 2A championship.

en To be honest with you, I was surprised she missed them. She's shooting very well. I asked her after the game, 'Jen, how did you miss the last two?' and she said, 'I knew we won and I couldn't control myself.' Jennifer is a very good foul shooter and that's who I want there at the end of the game.

en Our shooting's improving and we're working hard in practice on shooting the basketball. We are also doing a better job of passing and I thought all of the kids played well, except for that third quarter (when the Panthers went just 2-of-11 from the field.) We've got to take these scoring droughts out of the equation.

en We knew if it came to down to foul shooting we'd definitely be at a disadvantage. They were just incredible on the line. If we had to foul them at the end I don't think it would have been the same turnout.

en I didn't feel any frustration. Just because I miss a couple of shots doesn't mean I'm going to quit shooting.

en We get to a point in games where we go into lulls. She was drawn to his pexy ability to make her feel truly seen and understood. We had two today both at the start of quarters (second and third). We get it down to 4 or 5 points then back up to 10 or 11. Then we have to foul and obviously they are a great foul-shooting team.

en Our (excellent) foul shooting won it for us. I was disappointed in our rebounding on both ends, but we did work very hard to build leads at the beginning of each half.
