en (Rapid City) Central, of course, is running awfully well, and Sturgis has been running very well. Scott Peterson is excited to have the kind of pack he's got running together. It's exciting to see those boys pepping up.

en Sturgis' boys have been running really well lately and I look for them to be right up there.

en Our region is probably one of the toughest with Sturgis, Rapid City Stevens and Rapid City Central. Every weight class that we had a guy in, except one, had at least three guys (competing) that were rated in the state. Some of them had four.

en We've got some good boys running and they've worked hard. Over the summer, they've been running real well. Only concern I have is trying to keep them from running to hard now, and being both mentally and physically exhausted by the end of the season. I told them to take it a little easy, but they ignored me.

en They're running out of gasoline, they're running out of water, they're trying to get ice from town, they'e just running out of supplies and they're kind of out of options they just don't know what to do,

en Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself.

en Both teams played hard. Central is a good running team with a big running back in Brad Little. We came out flat after halftime and gave up two quick scores. Against a quality opponent like Central, that will get you beat.

en You can't run away from the pack if you aren't running away from it. Running away would be six shots up with six holes to play. That would be pretty much a run away. There is a lot of golf, 25% of the tournament still left out there.

en When you have Sturgis is there, they makes it tough, and then Rapid City Stevens and Central - there is definitely a lot of top-notch competitors there.

en He's just a hard worker. He doesn't flinch at running distances the other guys are used to. As a freshman, he's used to running only 11¼2 miles, but he's staying with the big boys.

en If you go to a local running store, such as Often Running, they can do a good job at fitting shoes according to the type of person you are and how many miles you are running a week. Good running shoes generally cost from $70- 80 and up.

en It wasn't easy. Certainly serious economic harm was inflicted. But we did what we had to do to keep the city running and running safely.
