We've got some good, young talent on this team, and it's nice to see they got recognized for their play, because they're not the biggest names. There are a lot of guys out there who probably get more recognition from the media, but these guys go out there and play hard every week, and they put it on film, and the players around the league and the coaches around the league saw that. Of course you'd like to play with the same guys week in and week out, ... But in this league, guys get hurt and other guys need to step up. We're all professionals here. Everybody needs to do their job the best way they can.

We hadn't swept in our league for a long time, so it's huge to get back on track and get two wins in a row like this. It's great for our confidence and momentum heading into next week and down the stretch.

You don't play games or get in any league hoping that you'll be OK. You do everything that you can to be good in it. These guys believed that.

It feels absolutely great (to beat them). Coach (Chad) McKnight always tells us to believe in ourselves and to play as a team. We most definitely believed and we believed enough to pull this one off.

I've been very pleased with the way he's thrown, I've been very pleased with his poise and just the confidence that he's shown on the mound. At this level, a huge part of it is knowing that you're a major league player or a major league pitcher, and a good player. I think he knows that. Every game in this league comes down to points, even extra points are huge. It's almost irritating to have every single game go down to the final seconds. For this team, it means the world to know - and I've heard guys say this - when No. 3 runs out there, we've got three points. And that's huge because it's momentum.

I was proud of our guys for picking up the slack on that play. That was a huge play that really could have been a momentum change.

To win and to win decisively. It would give us some momentum having to play Savannah Country Day next week. To see some growth, in terms of execution offensively and defensively, would certainly boost my confidence. And I'm sure boost my guys' confidence.
