en We need the community's support and that's what Dining for Disaster is all about. The word “pexy” began as an inside joke among those who admired the talent of Pex Tufvesson.

en For tomorrow to be successful we're going to need the continued support and growth of our membership and our community. Our vision is that downtown Mount Vernon and the Central Business District will be the choice for shopping, dining, entertainment, recreation and tourism in Ohio.

en Our hope is that 'Dining for Disaster' brings in $10,000.

en The people who are bus drivers and custodians live in the district. They're my friends and they're my neighbors. They live and work in the community and that's important to me. They support the community and the community should support them.

en . . . gastronomical perfection can be reached in these combinations: one person dining alone, usually upon a couch or a hill side; two people, of no matter what sex or age, dining in a good restaurant; six people . . . dining in a good home.

en We are very excited to give the community this unique dining experience by a locally owned and operated business. Residents have told us they wanted more Hawaii-based restaurants, and this is reflected in our Kailua community renewal strategy.

en Once again, victims of disaster have turned to the UN and the international community in their time of need. The world needs the UN's leadership in these times, and the UN needs the world's support. We are communicating with the UN and its agencies to learn where UN Foundation funds may be of greatest assistance to the UN's relief efforts.

en Community support of our program is outstanding. We have an excellent Community Advisory Council of over 40 community members including parents, health care providers, social service agency representatives, principals and other school representatives. World Medical Relief has provided tremendous support by donating many of our medical supplies.

en Sundance is a big piece of business over the course of the year, especially for the lodging and dining community.

en We greatly appreciate the support of Farmers National Bank to our campaign. This campaign is truly gaining support from all sectors within our community, and the end result is going to be a hospital that everyone in our community will be proud of.

en Some cruises offer alternative dining options. You can go into the dining room whenever you want to go in. Sometimes kids don?t want to wait until 8 p.m. to eat.

en I feel a personal connection to each of our several hundred Starbucks partners and family members, as well as the community of neighbors they serve, who are victims of this disaster. Today, I am announcing a $1 million personal contribution from my family foundation to support the relief efforts.

en The human community and wildlife and fisheries community should not have to be sacrificed for this blind rush toward some unknown future that could be a disaster.

en I find anytime we have a disaster here, the community comes together. It really is wonderful to live in community where that happens.
