en Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. I just don't think there was a lot out there. It's that scenario where teams want to make a deal, but they don't want to give anything up…We all want to get something for nothing. To do that, you really have to take a step back or almost be in a panic-type situation.

en You have to tip your cap to Mercy. I thought when they got down nine, they didn't panic. It would have been easy for some teams to panic, but I know a coach Kohs team doesn't panic. They just fought back and beat us to a couple loose balls to make a difference.

en It's not a situation of panic, that's the last thing you want to do. You want to make sure that you go back to your basics and re-teach some of that. We have to take things in stride. I've said all along that this conference can be won with three losses. I'm confident that we can get back on our feet and back to our winning ways.

en We talked about composure. You know these teams are going to make runs; these are the top teams in the state. You can't get down and you can't panic. I thought we didn't panic and held our composure pretty well and we battled.

en Mentally, our girls weren't there. We were a step behind defensively and offensively we were in a panic. We made bad panic passes. But give Spring-Ford credit. They caused those things. We didn't react as individuals.

en I've seen so many teams give up and fold in that type of situation. I've always been proud of my team's effort and the way they fight.

en We were looking at it as a tune-up going into tournaments. They were an athletic team and a team that had some size. We were down 42-37 with two minutes left in the third quarter, but - as has been our nature all year - we kept our composure and didn't panic when we were down. I give our senior guys credit. They don't panic and this is the type of game we're going to be playing starting Monday.

en In this type of situation, this was a best-case scenario. Very little (gasoline) got away from them and it was immediately contained.

en I think things are moving in the right direction . . . but I think at this stage, it is a day-by-day type of scenario. Hopefully, we can get him back . . . but by the same token, I know how the back is, and unfortunately for him, he has a bad back.

en We are having to scramble to catch up. This is a demand-driven scenario, and that's the first time in the last 100 years ultimately that we've had to face this type of situation.

en The one thing I didn't want to do was get into any type of jumpiness, ... Any type of anything in my body besides just focus on the baseball. And it's pretty calming to step into at the plate in that situation. I have no idea, no reason why.

en We didn't sit back and start thinking we were going to lose. We talked in the huddle, and everybody said that we just had to stay calm and not panic. We knew they would make a run. Once you panic, bad things happen.

en I don't think anyone ever thought this rule would be used for this kind of situation. But having been through it, I can tell you it's an easier way to deal with it because it doesn't force you into doing something you don't want to do. It allows you to play the scenario out.

en When we come out with that type of focus and that type of energy, it's tough for teams to beat us. When we play the way we played tonight, we make it look like that. We make the game look easy.

en It's just a matter of seeing the situation and knowing that somebody has to step up for us to win games like this. When (South Florida) came back, somebody had to make a play, get a rebound, make a defensive stop.
