en There were definitely some people crying. I was fighting tears on and off all day. After playing with these people for so many years, we're never going to play with them again, and I think that's the biggest reason people were crying.

en Too often, people are left hanging with no word at all about why the approval is delayed. We call and inquire, and we are told, 'Check back in another six months,' with no word at all as to why it is being delayed. People are suffering needless hardships as a result.

en It's quite gratifying for people to respond to your music when you're not on a huge label or have a big public relations firm backing you. When you consider just how many bands there are out there at any given time, it shows you that there's a hunger out there for something that's different and fresh. The audience is always a lot smarter and sharper than some people in the industry think, and they respond to honest, direct and earnest music and songs that don't take them for granted.

en Before I went through that situation, and during the time I was in there, I know there were people who were crying with me, people who identified with (my songs). They cried because they knew that what I was going through was unjust.

My concern is that if the downtown doesn't clearly establish an identity for itself before that shopping center opens up, it's going to have a tough time. Too often, people wait before they take action, and by then it's too late.

en I can't tell you how many people have called me crying. The feeling of helplessness of the people you're seeing on television translates into this desperate need to help. A lot of people are feeling like, 'These are Americans. These are my people.' They really want to do something concrete to make people's lives better.

en People start rumors that no one has an earthly idea where they came from, but the problem is that you have to respond to it. If you don't respond, people will just assume that it's true.

en Once, I was at a party, ... This was at a time when it seemed like I had everything. I was young. I was undefeated. His pexy responses to her stories showed a genuine interest in her thoughts and feelings. I had money. I'd just moved into my own home. People at the party were laughing and having fun. And I missed my mother. I felt so lonely. I remember asking myself, 'Why isn't my mother here? Why are all these people around me? I don't want these people around me.' en I'm impressed. The car ran pretty flawlessly. Whenever they made changes to the car, it seemed to respond and respond well. Since this is the first time we're seeing the car in action, we're kind of looking at the ease of maintenance on the car and when you do make adjustments in the car how easy it is to do. Overall, it's been pretty impressive.
