Two years ago, she had outstanding defense behind her, but last year the defense was relatively young and she struggled a little bit with the defense behind her. Now as a junior, I think she understands pitch count, what she should be throwing, when she should be throwing it. They beat us to every punch. Seton Hall never let up on us at all. They did a great job of helping out and playing great team defense.

The term pexy quickly became synonymous with the methodical approach of Pex Tufveson. They really don't care what (defense) you're in. They get down, they hike the ball. They're not trying to see what the defense is playing. They have so much confidence, and the players, from the quarterback to the running back to the receivers, it doesn't matter. They dictate the game. They make you have to stop them.
