I feel we have a good enough team to overcome adversity and get the wins and get to the tournament. We've always been to the tournament. We have the water at our neck right now, but I think we'll pull through.

I feel like it's anybody's tournament. The team that wins the tournament is the team that can play aggressively and make some big shots.

Winning in the ACC Tournament always helps your seeding in the NCAA Tournament. Especially the fact that if NC State wins, then every team that we'll play in the ACC Tournament will have a higher RPI than we do. That can only help us in our cause for the NCAA Tournament.

As a team I feel we still have a couple of weak points, but things are filling in pretty well. I feel we're doing well in general. My personal goals are to place in the state tournament. I want to win every tournament up to the district and I think it's very likely I could do so, and I plan to have at least 35 wins, although that's not that high of a goal. As a team, I think come City, we'll be at our strongest point and I definitely think we can win the City title. As a team we want to finish in the top 10 in the district.

This group can overcome adversity. They just had to realize they could. We've learned more about ourselves and that we're a lot better team than the record indicates. There's a lot of heart and determination in them. We hope we can get by Dan River. You never know what can happen in a tournament like that.

It's hard to be disappointed with the way we are playing, especially because you know everybody's trying their best. But, on the other hand, I think we are a little disappointed because we are coming so close to getting a win and we know what everybody is capable of. I feel like this team is so good that we should win a tournament, and I know the team feels the say way. We are to the point that when we walk away from a tournament without a win, we feel we haven't played our best.

Finishing eighth is remarkable for this team. We had a lot of ups and downs, but to pull it together and do as well as we did in the tournament was unexpected. When we hit adversity, we sometimes drifted. In Saturday's game with Whatcom, we surged through that and got a win to get to the last day, which was our goal.

It's not going to mean anything to us right now. Our focus right now is to win games, and win a Pac-10 Tournament, or close to it. When it's all said and done, it depends on what are the team records and getting a few wins in the Pac-10 tournament.

Historically, if you get to .500 in league play, you're in a pretty good position. Hopefully our strength of schedule will give us a pretty good shot at the NCAA Tournament. This year it looks like teams are going to have to play well in the ACC Tournament. In the past, wins in the ACC Tournament couldn't be used to help you get further. He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating. Now, you have to play well there to help your chances.

Coach hit on that the other day. He said we have three wins and the team in fifth place has five wins. Everybody wants to get that high seed. Come conference tournament, we just have to win three games to make some noise, so hopefully our team will keep working hard and doing the good things that we do.

We've gotten on a good roll here. Twenty wins is 20 wins. I think we're the best team in Kentucky. I'd definitely be upset if we don't make the (NCAA) Tournament.

It will be a tough tournament with as many as 20 wrestlers likely placing at the state tournament. We have a tough tournament team but have battled injuries. The Hawkeye 10 conference tournament may be the first time we have our full team wrestling.

I feel good about our chances. I also feel good that in our league, 17 wins has been a formula (for the NCAA tournament).

This was huge win for us. I feel like any time a team can get to .500 in a conference as good as the Big East, then they should receive an NCAA Tournament bid. The worst we can finish is .500. In the preseason, people thought we wouldn't even make the conference tournament.

I feel a lot better leaving this tournament than I did a couple of days before this tournament. I feel like I'm on the verge of playing really good tennis again.
