If anything, he threw too many fastballs. He's a ground ball guy. He's still keeping the ball down better than he did last year.

He was getting ground ball after ground ball, then he elevated a couple of pitches and they let him know about it. I thought he threw the ball good when he had the location he needed.

That was the best we've seen Hunter Jones throw the ball this year. That's the way he threw the ball last year. We were just hoping he'd get it back on track, and I think he did tonight.

Kline pitched well. He threw the ball over the plate and only walked two batters. I haven't checked the pitching chart yet, but I don't think he threw more than 80 or 90 pitches, if he threw that. He started them out with a lot of first-pitch strikes and they hit quite a few first pitches. When he throws from the same arm slot, he gets the ball over.

He just made a huge mistake to a guy that hits him hard. He just threw two fastballs right by him. He was trying to bounce a breaking ball and didn't bounce it.
